How does shipping work?
We offer free economy domestic shipping on orders over $100 (limited to non-frozen products).
Shipping is currently not available on our frozen items, but we hope to change this soon! Frozen products are available to Oahu customers only for pick up (free) or delivery (free for orders over $75). Once your order is placed, you will receive a text from us to coordinate pick up/delivery.
Where do you source your products?
At DRPS, all our meats are human-grade and sourced from local farmers and hunters in Hawaii or from local distributors who supply meats for our restaurants here in Hawaii. We try to source local as must as possible, however, there are some items that we bring in as it is not available or limited in Hawaii.
We do not use 4D meats and we never will. 4D refers to meat sourced from livestock that are already dead, dying, or diseased.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Frozen items will be good for up to a year, as long as it's frozen.
Treats and chews are best consumed within 30 days. However, we recommend storing them in the freezer or refrigerator to prolong shelf life, especially in a humid climate.
Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns. But if there is any problem with your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will work with you to make it right!
I am interested in transitioning my pet to raw. How do I know what to feed my pet and how much?
